How do I download a product I purchased?
Log into your account and visit the My Purchases page. Each product will have a download button. If the product includes GitHub access, the repository invite will be sent to your registered email.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you encounter a technical issue, contact us and we will help resolve it promptly.
How do I receive product updates?
Purchased products include lifetime updates. You can download the latest version from your My Purchases page whenever a new version is released.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments through Stripe, Paystack, and LemonSqueezy. All major credit and debit cards are supported.
Can I transfer my license to someone else?
Licenses are non-transferable. Each purchase is tied to a single user account. Team and enterprise licenses must be purchased separately.
