By accessing or using ScriptNest (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2. Purchases

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for personal or commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased products.

3. License and Usage

Each purchase grants a single-user license. Team or enterprise licenses must be purchased separately. You may use the code in unlimited projects but may not share the source files with individuals who do not hold a valid license.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, violate applicable laws, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScriptNest provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchased products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
